Dean of Instruction, Math & Science - Antoinette Jackson
Mrs. Jackson has served in the field of education for over 10 years. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from UT of Arlington and enrolled in ECAP immediately after. While enrolled in ECAP, she started teaching Math at Oscar Dean Wyatt High School. Years later, she decided to continue her education at Dallas Baptist University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. 2016 was her first taste of being out of the classroom serving in the role of Math Instructional Coach. Under her leadership, the Math department at Oscar Dean Wyatt High School has seen significant gains in their student achievement on the state assessment. She enjoys coaching teachers, analyzing data, and building relationships with teachers and students. Mrs. Jackson is extremely grateful to now serve as the Dean of Instruction at Everman Joe C. Bean High School. She looks forward to continuing to impact the educators, students, and community of Everman ISD.
Away from school, Mrs. Jackson keeps busy with being a wife and mother to her 5 small children ranging from age 3 to age 14. She is also the director of children’s ministry at her church. Her calling and passion for teaching remain at the center of her heart. She believes that education is the key to unlocking possibilities that may seem beyond one’s reach.
