    Principal - Ronald Pugh

    Everman Independent School District would like to welcome Mr. Ronald Pugh as the new principal at Everman Joe C. Bean High School. Mr. Pugh's leadership career spans over 17 years in two Texas school districts. 
    He has a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree from Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA. Mr. Pugh earned a Master of Education Administration from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX, and is currently a doctoral candidate at Texas A&M University-Commerce.
    Mr. Pugh began his teaching career in Dallas ISD and later moved into administration at Cedar Hill High School, where he served as an assistant principal for 4 years. Most recently, Mr. Pugh has served as an associate principal at Lake Ridge High School in Mansfield ISD. Mr. Pugh believes education can change the trajectory of a student’s life, EVERY student can learn, and as educators, we have the ability to change the world, one student at a time.
    As a native of Dallas, Texas, and a graduate of H. Grady Spruce High School. Mr. Pugh and his wife, Melinda, are proud parents of three adults, a son-in-love, and are expecting their first grandbaby in May. 
    "Mr. Pugh is an accomplished, visionary leader and I am excited to welcome him to Everman ISD. I know his experience will continue to help Everman High School Move Beyond Limits," said Dr. Felicia Donaldson, Superintendent.
